Sixteen years of extensive experience in Property Management,
rentals, commercial leasing and condo association management
in the Englewood, Rotonda and Venice area

Accomplishments / Awards:

Past member of Englewood Board of Realtors and National
Association of Realtors.

Born and raised in the Boston Massachusetts area. After an
honorable discharge from the U.S. Army, I moved to New Hampshire
and entered College. I received a degree in Business Administration
with a major in Accounting. After trying out Accounting for a while, I
started a retail gift business and invested in commercial and
residential rental property. Eleven and half years later the four of us
moved to Englewood, Florida and have been here since 1994.

Born and raised in Amesbury Massachusetts. My Grandfather
worked in collaboration with Thomas Edison and Henry Ford to
developed the first electric automobile, named after my Grandfather;
The Bailey Electric.
I have used my creative
genes to distinguish myself from the many Realtors in our area.

• I was born in Fairfield County, Connecticut. My first visit to Englewood was when I
was five weeks old. My grandparents bought a home here in the 1940’s and we
visited Englewood every year. I finally moved down here permanently with my family in
1981. Needless to say, I have seen many changes in this wonderful town.

• I lived in East Englewood for many years, and then my son and I moved into a
condominium in 1998.I have served on the Board of that Condominium for about ten
years in many different positions; I am currently the Vice President. As a long time
member of a condominium Board I feel I am exceptionally qualified to do the job of
Community Association Manager. I am able to see problems in the early phases, and
deal with them accordingly.

• Prior to getting my CAM license, I am proud to say I worked for 18 years as a Letter
Carrier for the United States Postal Service. In that capacity, I learned even more
about Englewood. Not just the lay of the land, but about the fascinating people who
make this town as great as it is.

• My family in Connecticut has been in Real Estate for over twenty five years, and I am
happy to bring that knowledge and experience with me to this venture. I love to do
this type of work, and it is always gratifying to bring a Board together with the
association and help them make things work. I would be happy to help you make your
association the best it can be.
