Born and raised in the Boston Massachusetts area. After an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army, I moved to New Hampshire and entered College. I received a degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. After trying out Accounting for a while, I started a retail gift business and invested in commercial and residential rental property. Eleven and half years later the four of us moved to Englewood,Florida and have been here since 1994.

Twenty years of extensive experience in Property Management, rentals, Commercial leasing and Community Association Management in the Englewood, Rotonda, Venice and Port Charlotte area.

Background
Born and raised in Amesbury Massachusetts. My Grandfather worked in collaboration with Thomas Edison and Henry Ford to develop the first electric automobile, named after my Grandfather; The Bailey Electric. I have used my creative genes to distinguish myself in our area. Experienced in Investment property, leasing and Community Association Management.
