Manasota Key Vacation Rentals

Manasota Key is the barrier island just off Englewood, and for a lot of our guests it is the whole reason they come to this stretch of the Gulf Coast. Seven miles of beach, no high-rises, and water on both sides — the Gulf on one, Lemon Bay on the other. We manage vacation rentals across the key and handle the bookings ourselves from our office in Englewood, a few minutes from the bridge.

What We Rent on the Key

Our Manasota Key properties range from beachfront condos to single-family homes with private pools, available by the week and by the month. Some sit directly on the Gulf, others are a short walk over on the bay side where the boating access is better and the rates are gentler. All units are plus tax and a refundable security deposit unless otherwise noted.

Why Guests Choose Manasota Key

The key stays quiet in a way that most Florida beach destinations no longer do. There is no commercial strip, the beaches are known for shark teeth rather than crowds, and Stump Pass at the south end is state park rather than development. Englewood’s shops and restaurants are a five-minute drive back over the bridge, so you get the quiet without being cut off.

Booking Your Stay

Availability on the key is tightest from January through April, and the better properties are often reserved a season ahead. Call our rentals line at (941) 473-0718 or text (941) 893-9790 and tell us your dates and how many people you are bringing. If we do not have the right fit on the key itself, we manage properties across Englewood, Rotonda, North Port and Port Charlotte as well.
